I have been sending on 1st class but wondered of it really made a difference? Also do you send out on headed paper that you have made up yourself on the PC, ie put your logo address etc...

When debt is sold to a factoring company - why is the outstanding debt transferred to an 'internal factoring' bank account? rather than remaining outstanding against the customers account? is there a reason for this? and how is this accounted for at year end?
