Even when I'm not signed in to Google if I go to a page that has Google adverts on it they seem to be bookkeeping based. I can uderstand the Google adverts above being bookkeeping based because I'm on a bookkeeping forum but when I go to a football forum there are still bookkeeping adverts.

Saving something from word as a JPEG??

Can it be done? I have created a letterhead in word which I really like, I want to use it on everything but its just saved as a Word document and I need to make it a JPEG. Now I'm a complete technophobe and I don't know how to do it!! Can anyone help me or am I trying to do the impossible?
