I am currently working in the accounts department of my local council. I intend to start the IAB but I cant afford to take time off to go to college. Can anyone recommend a text book I can purchase to get me ready for the IAB exams? All I can find online is home study courses. If anyone has any old text books or study kits that they no longer need please send me a PM and I will make you an offer. Cheers, Peter.

Hi Jenny.

Thanks for the offer but I believe the IAB syllabus is different to the ICB. However I've managed to find some IAB texts on eBay which I've just won the bidding forsmile. This will hopefully give me the help I need!

Thanks again though.

Best wishes

Peter

Hi Jenny,

I have been looking at getting my bookkeeping qualifications. When I emailed ICB about a textbook they could recommend they told me there wasn't any. Only what the training providers supply.

Would you PM me the details of the books you have.

Thanks
Lee
