Some of the following deductions may be available, depending on the circumstances of the individual:

- Use of home as office
- Accountancy/Bookkeeping fees
- Bank charges
- Materials purchased
- Subscriptions
- Capital allowances on any fixed assets purchased
- Charitable donations
