Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could help me.I am considering further training and i am not sure which courses would be most beneficial for me.I have ICB level 1 manual and level 2 computerised. I have been looking at different courses but not sure what would be the best ones to do just to gain further qualifications.Any advice would be appreciated

Hi Sarah,
I am setting yp my bookkeeping business and would one day hope to make it my full time job but i realise this will be a long way off yet as it is very difficult to get any clients.I am also thinking of qualifications so that i could perhaps start working as an accounts assistant or something similar to gain more experience.

Hi Stephen,

I am just about to do my last exam for ACCA's Accounting Technician qualification and also about to start up too. I have been distance learning and even though I have worked in accounting for last 10 years found it really useful as I have learned loads more!

Hi Stephen,
For all 9 exams I have used Kaplan, their study materials are excellent and they are always available to help with any queries. I have passed 8 so far first time so I would definitely recommend them :)

Hi Stephen,

I agree with Julie, the ACCA  accounting technician qualifications are the most valuable as they are not only nationally recognised but accountancy organisations and industry rate this qualification highly. Also, if you wanted to progress further to accountancy level you would get some exemptiions. Another well recognised qualification is the IAB qualification.
