Hi Zoe

Thanks so much! my client has asked me three questions and as I newly qualified I have never come across one of these Inquiries.

Are you able to break the following questions into english for me as I do not completly understand what they are asking?

1) Total energy, goods, materials and services 2008-2009 excluding deductable VAT

2) Total taxes, duties and levies 08-09 including vehicle tax, council tax - but not water rates, VAT or income tax not payments to trade associations

3) Capital expenditure 2008-2009 including purchase cost, disposal of fixed assests excluding deductable VAT.

Thank you

Shellie

Hi Shellie

I haven't completed one of these either so can't be sure but would assume the following:

1) Turnover (not including VAT)

2) Business Taxes excluding those mentioned

3) Total spend for the year on fixed assets (not including VAT)

If you need any more information the person you need to speak to, along with their telephone number are printed in red a third of the way down the front page of the form.

Sorry I couldn't be any more specific but I hope this helps.

Kind regards

Zöe
