I have a problem regarding invoicing. My accounttant seems to be gone on holiday and I am alone,,,please help. As explained in another forum thread, I will sell music from unsigned and signed bands, this also means that some of them will be business registered and some others won't. I will have a self invoicing system in place, as soon I as sell a song , a self invoice is generated for me in order to pay the royalties back to the band, but the problem is:
Can I use the same type of invoice for both business and none business registered bands?I am going to design an invoice below, could you please tell me is this model is correct|?
Many thanks
Supplier: business name: Name: Surname: Registered address(country,postcode...): telephone fax
Goods supplied To: My business name My business registered address my business V.A.T number my business reg number mu business country my business fax
Yes your invoice template would be suitable for both registered and unregistered businesses. The important issue is that you quote your own VAT number, which you have, so this is fine to use for both UK and EU customers.
