ICB exam results out at last
Permalink Closed

Hi
Just logged on to the ICB website and at last the October exam results are out, managed to get a Distinction on the ICB level 2 manual paper , so will be celebrating tonight, hope everyone else that sat the October papers will be celebrating.
Plan on working towards the ICB 2 computerised exam next,
A question for the forum:
Is the ICB exam based on instant A/C's or Sage 50 as need to decide between Training link or Distance Learning Partnership as a learning provider, Training Link were excellent for the manual level but cost more than Distance L Partnership.
Have any members used Distance Learning Partnership?

Thanks

Steve

Well done on your result!

The Level II comp I completed was based on Sage Line 50. I can't say anything about learning providers as I have never used one..I'm sure someone will be along shortly....

Hi Steve

Congratulations on your result.

I completed the ICB exams on Sage instant accounts.

But sorry I can't offer any advice on distant learning providers

Regards

Mark

Steve,

Many congratulations on your exam result.

I'm not looking at poaching another colleges students but our college, Ideal Schools, offer the computerised training at a semi-reasonable rate. Fully licenced software and tutorial support is provided. Have a look and if you have any questions please get in touch:

I completed the computerised level 2 using Instant Accounts. I used a training provider for the course but it cost me £1200 and I found the course poor and was very disappointed with it. At the moment, I am studying for my level 3 and using Ideal Schools which is much cheaper and so far so good, I am happy with my decision.

Congrats on getting a great pass

Terri
