ICB - Regional Seminar

Hi

I was just wondering whether anyone here was going to their local regional ICB seminar in April/May. I am thinking of going to mine in Exeter then saw that it cost £75, which I thought was a bit steep.

Regards

Mark

Hi Mark

Had thought about it (mine would be Exeter too) but I also thought it a bit expensive. Living on the North Cornwall coast, it's also a bit of a hike.

Would like to have gone, perhaps when more money starts coming in

Bill

Hi Bill

I guess it wouldn't be the easiest of drives down from Tintagel would it. For me in Plymouth it would be quite straightforward.
It is a shame though as it would be good to meet a fellow member of this forum, maybe soon.

Regards

Mark

Hi Mark

It would be good to meet a few other ICB & Forum members and I am keeping my options open.

By May it will caravan season too and that usually makes the journey interesting.

Bill

I went to Exeter last year, if it is the same hotel do not rely on the hotel car park, use the park and ride one of the attendees was late as she could not get parked and then had to pay £8 for parking, I used the park and ride and only had to pay about £1.50.

Hi Julie

I didn't realise that you were based down in the SW not far(ish) from Bill and myself.

Did you think it was worthwhile going last year

Regards

Mark

I am based in Torbay.

It was my 1st seminar with them so was unsure what to expect. It was mainly about MLR.

Some parts were better than others not sure if it is worth the money, but as I refused to pay out a fortune for the conference so no CPD points there, I think I will have to atend.
