I am about to sign-up my first client. I sent them an amended copy of the 'letter of Engagement' that is provided by the Bookcert course.
They replied asking for information about what constitutes the 'terms' as stated in the letter.
I thought this was clearly set out in the 'letter of engagement' as part of the standard text. I do not want to appear confused to a prospective client, so can anyone clarify the position for me?
