AAT Foundation - Skills test
Permalink Closed

Hi All,

I am taking a skills test tommorrow and I was wondering if anybody knows if this is a computer based test, how long they generally take? etc.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Mine was paper based and they gave you roughly 3 hours ( it's discretionary though ).

In reality it takes about an hour.

Have you done lots of previous ones?

Hi Steve,

No this is my first one. I only joined the AAT course last month. I tend to get confused with the 'T' accounts and the formulae for working out Invoices payments but I am hoping that a little bit of extra revision tonight helps me through tommorrow!

Are you doing distance learning then, if so you could do with signing up with the aat and going into your myaat account and doing the skills test that will be posted in there as a practice. Saying that your tutor should have access to lots of past skills tests to practice on
