ICB Level 111 Payroll Test -NIC table methods on computers
Permalink Closed

Hi, my name is Carol and I am trying to work out the ICB Level 111 Diploma Payroll Management Test.

My payroll software states it only calculates exact percentage method.

The Company information states all employees to be done on computer but Nicola Jones elected to pay her NIC's monthly using the tables method.  I am completely confused by this, not sure if it means Nicol's should be done manually.

Can anyone help with this?
Kind regards
Carol

Hi Carole, welcome to the forum

I often found the ICB question vague, or a bit cryptic and in this case I think you are reading it too literally

As this is an assignment the best I can do is give you a hint and from memory it has to do with her position in the company.

Hope that is of some help

Bill
