companies house file

if a ltd companies pays for the companies house file by using their ltd comp bank ac, what is the best method of posting this in sage.

I am unsure whether this would come under a personal or business expense for a ltd comp, thk u in advance for your help.

Hi Lorraine,

Ooh, excellent someone dealing with my sort of companies.

Its a limited company with a life of it's own separate to that of the directors,

Filing is a legitimate business expense of the company.

Any other help I can give with limited companies, just ask.
