Hi, Could anyone give me a figure to produce for an estmated cost of taking on an employee Salary £19 pro rata on 25 hours a week. I need a seperate cost for Er NI.( 2 years needed no increase) I would like to get this fairly accurate and am not experienced on payroll! Thanks if you can help.
You may also want to factor in holiday cost. The employee would be entitled to 28hours x 5.6 paid holiday at an hourly rate of £9.13 which is £1431.58. This effectively raises the hourly rate for work done in that 28 hours per week for 52 hours is 1456 hours per year, but only 1299 are worked, so the hourly rate for work done is now £10.24 as opposed to the original £9.13!

It is not helpful to me!!!!!!! Do these people not notice self-employed bookkeepers not very likely will outsource any work to India or anywhere else? Why would I give them the money I earned with getting clients-not easy nowdays? Get your own clients, there is lots of businesses in India, probably much more than in the UK!!!
