Hi , could some one please help, I am trying to set up an SMP in Sage and I keep on getting this message come up Average earning too low ? . This is the information I have to set up the smp, Person is due to give birth on the 31st of May, she has given all the necessary paperwork and the required notice. Her last day at work is on the last Friday in April. She has been paid £275 per week since 01/01/09 . Her weekly pay is £275 a week started work at company on the 07/05/06 . ? , Could some please help.                                        Thank You Rick smile

Have all her wages been input on sage or have you just started using it and she doesn't show on sage as having the relevant earnings of, I think 12 weeks therefore the average over that period was show as lower than the weekly rate.

Hi , Semsley, The info I have is to set up an smp in sage for a mock exam, so I have just started using it for the exam ? smile
