hi
I set up a limited company with my boyfriend last year, so we are just two directors of this company.. We put our own money as a capital to business account. last month we needed some advertising for our company in newspaper, so he paid for these advert from his private account not from business account. now there is no record for this transaction in business account and there is no balance.What can I do?

You need to set up a Directors Loan Account. Put through this account everything the directors pay on behalf of the company and vice versa.
