Hi all,

Looking to uprade the Labtop before I legally start to trade along with new software, but would I have to buy the Business Office 2010 sofyware ? as opposed to the normal Home & Student version ? Just a thought. More to follow I am sure.

Thx smile

Office Home and Student is

Licensed for installation on up to three home PCs. Not for use in any commercial, nonprofit or revenue generating business activities, or by any government organisation.

So you should be buying 'Home and Business' i'm afraid - approx £240 instead of £110.

many people would introduce a home computer into their business on a new startup. These people would generally have the non business version. What issues can there be, no one is going to make u uninstall pre business software.

My personal feelings on such matters is that it's better not to ask a question you don't really want the answer to. I've always said "It's easier to ask forgiveness than to seek permission"
