The I-Learn courses are pretty good but you still need to read the book to do the exam.
With the success CD's the one's on corporate law and business analysis really worked for me but the ones on calculation topics like financial and management reporting didn't.
As a rule of thumb I would prbably only use them for the waffly papers.
