Hi

Can anybody suggest about free excel template which I can use for ltd company in order to
do accounts and vat calulation

Do a search on Google for them. There are loads. However, you would be well advised to check all the formulas.

The best advice would be to create the sheets yourself so you have full control, or get some well known accounting software.

@ Navangi, check out my site at www.xlcashbook.co.uk, there is a cashbook spreadsheet there that should handle accounts for individuals, sole traders, and small limited companies. It should handle the VAT.

It's not free at the moment, but you never know... it might be in future.
