Hi,

Most people on here working with UK GAAP, I would think.
You can try http://www.accountingweb.co.uk, not as friendly as this forum but you might will get answer to your questions.
Maybe you could sign up to LInkedIn and join some IFRS groups, there are some on there.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

LinkedIn:

LinkedIn
URL www.linkedin.com

LinkedIn (pronounced /lkt.n/) is a business-oriented social networking site. Founded in December 2002 and launched in May 2003,[2] it is mainly used for professional networking. As of 9 August 2010 (2010 -08-09)[update], LinkedIn had more than 75 million registered users, spanning more than 200 countries and territories worldwide.[3] The site is available in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish.[4]

If you join you can search and join groups in LinkedIn. Lots of them are finance/accounts related with good discussions. It is a bit like facebook for professionals.
