Directors NI Contribution methods

Hi

Please can anyone help me? I am very confused about the methods, by which directors pay their NI Contribution in Sage. Ive read few posts on the forum, and as far as I understand, the directors method is the exact percentage one used. So If I select from Director Status: Director (Table method) I should get calculation by this method.  What if I need to pay director monthly by using the table method? Would you also select Director (Table method), would you tick the box of manual NI, and calculated manually? But what about the employers contribution, what method is that going to be calculated with? Any help would be well appreciated

Kindest Regards

CD

There are 2 methods used in Sage - % and table. Just choose which you prefer from the options and use that one. I would not recommend the manual method as the software is good enough to trust to be correct.
