Sage - Deleted items
Permalink Closed

Right this is really sending me round the bend, i have looked on sage help and can't find anything.

2 wierd things happening

1. some items that have been deleted do not  shop up in red, they still say Deleted SI but are in black

2. I have items which are not deleted and do not say deleted SI but come up red!

the second one is the one which bugs me the most.

Please advise smile.gif

p.s i have attached a print screen

I believe it is the 2 sided transaction for a deleted entry that has been reconciled or tied to another transaction in some way. (ie payment/receipt matched to invoice), item bank reconciled, VAT return completed on a deleted invoice.
As it has been "tied up" and not an "open" transaction it has to leave a trail and therefore red to highlight the deletion.
If I hear different from sage direct I will confirm.
