More problems with Avatar

For the forum administrators:

Have had trouble before loading an Avatar image file, then a few days ago I found I could do it and I uploaded an image.
Yesterday, I decided to change it to a smaller picture so deleted it then tried to load a new file and couldn't.
Problem persists today and is same as previous problem, ie the "Select a File" button does nothing.
Can you help me?

Have you tried using a different browser to see if that cures it?
The "Select a file" works fine with me.
I'm currently on my third browser on this computer as Internet Explorer then Firefox had minor irritations with me. I now use Google Chrome - nowhere near as good a browser but it's simple and straightforward.

Thanks Peasie,

Tried it with IE and worked fine, as you can see. I normally use Firefox but have IE icon next to it too, maybe I loaded up wrong browser the day it worked before.
