VT Transaction+ email an invoice already saved
Permalink Closed

Hi,

I am very new to VT Trans+ and have made up a dummy company to have a play around with it. However, I am trying to email an invoice that has already been created and saved but can not figure out how to do it... I can edit it etc but when I thought I'd emailed it I checked but it was just a report of the entries on the invoice!

Any suggestions??

Thanks

There may be an easier way, but I generally print my invoice to PDF and attach it to the email.

Not sure if this helps you.

Hi Corry

I have just tried it and it sends a printable invoice from my version.

I tried sending direct from the invoice creation page and from the preview page.

If you have already created an invoice, try opening it (click on the little page symbol) and it will open in preview, then click the email button

Bill

I doubt anyone even noticed. I think most folk on here just click the "recent posts" link so are probably not aware which section the post is from. Although I bet everyone now has looked to the top of the page out of curiosity.
