Business Cards
Permalink Closed

I've always had my business cards from Vistaprint. I've been to a few networking events recently and got a few more coming up and as you know at these things you hand your business cards out left right and centre. I always thouht my cards were OK but after receiving some business cards from other companies mine seem a bit inferior! I dont want to spend a fortune on business cards but I want them to look professional. I would like them a bit chicker than the one I've currently got and now want to add the ICB and Chamber of Commerce logo (as well as my own company logo) and contact details and I want the reverse to have a bit of text.
Can anyone recommend any companies that you use or know of that wont cost a fortune for professional looking cards ?

Personally, I use goodprint and I'm happy who I'm happy with. I have the front gloss laminated which pushes the cost up a little.

My partner uses vistaprint for her business and loves them.

Although online printers can be convenient, I use a local printer for a couple of reasons. I feel I get a better service and they can tailor things to my precise needs. Secondly one of the first things new businesses look for is letterheads, business cards etc. If the go to the same printer as me and get talking about accounts, I know he will recommend me.

Its all part of the local networking, you don't need to go to official meetings to do it.

Yes, I also use a local printer. You can explain exactly what you need then and you can often get a good "package deal" for business cards, letterheads and flyers. As Kris says, using local services can all be part of your networking to gain local clients as well.

Hi Beverley

As others have mentioned, it would be good to speak to a local printer for the networking advantages it brings. If you can't find a good one near you, we can produce 200 quality business cards for £32.

Kind regards
