Bank reconcile on Tasbooks
Permalink Closed

On a couple of occasions when I have being reconciling the bank account a transaction is not showing on the reconclie screen, but if I go into reports and list  unreconciled payments/ receipts the transaction is showing there.

Could anyone advice me why this should happen?

Thank you

Just an idea....

Could this be a date issue? I dont use Tas but I've had similar problems on Sage. I had set the current date incorrectly on Sage and when I ran the bank report I had to choose the date range. This gave two different results - very frustrating!disbelief

Thank you for your reply Bannana Man

It's not the date, I checked that first and the date of the transaction was within the date range.

Regards
Carol
