Permalink Closed

Just wondering if anyone knows which Sage nominal code to post a land search fee to? The client is a builder.

Many Thanks in advance

I would post into nominal around the 7600 ie professional fees, if this is a regular transaction perhaps make a new code up within this range. Dont forget it would be classed as T9

Thats great thanks Julie, is there no VAT on it then? Clients not put a receipt in for it. Had a look at the land search websites and they seem to add VAT onto the search fee.
