Hi

I`ve been lurking on this ite now and thought it was time to introduce myself.

I`ve just completed the OU intro to accounts and book keeping, and hope to one day set up my own book keeping business from home.
I am currently a stay at home mum, and am planning to use the time I have to further my qualifications in Tax, payroll etc.

I`m sure I`ll be posting lots of questions soon

Claire

Hi and welcome,

You are in a similar position to me, it is hard to find work that fits round a family.

Good luck with the studying, hope it is going well.

Jackie

Hi Claire, Hi Jackie,

Welcome to the forum.

Claire, don't forget that you will need to have MLR (Money Laundering) cover before setting up as a business.

Sure you knew that already but never hurts to double check as that one carries serious consequences.

All the best,

Shaun.
