Bit of a wasted week this was...I took a deep breath and booked my level 2 comp ICB exam last thursday, i thought I'd receive it Saturday or monday at latest and have 2 weeks ending just before the kids finish school for half term...plenty of time so i thought.
anyways its now a week later and still no paper, i ve rung ICB and they have been very apologetic and understanding but they couldnt send me another one until this friday, they only send them out once a week. how frustrating! Id kind of got everything sorted to set to and get it done this week and havent been able to do anything! Still, ICB have been good and all being well i should get my paper on saturday.
Hi james, yes its all ok,not sure what the problem was but on each occasion the telephone help has been fine, polite and efficient. Just hope it turns up on saturday, ive now 2 weeks before half term and once those kids are off school my peace is over!!
I've had a similar problem. I'm waiting for a Practice Licence application pack. I requested one last Friday, but nothing had arrived by yesterday, so I rang the ICB to be told that it was posted last Friday. They are sending me another one. My ML Supervision Licence expired at the end of January and I received an email from ICB during this week stating that my account was in arrears, despite being told that they would put a note on my account (twice) saying that I was waiting for my Practice Licence pack.
