Sage v16 instants, customer discount questions
Permalink Closed

Hi Thank you for taking the time to look at my post.

I am wanting to use sage instants v16 for invoicing, only a small amount of invoices but they will be long, these are done on excel at the moment and are taking up a huge amount of time.

Before I set up all the products I wanted to check that i can set up a discount on each of the customers accounts. All the accounts will have different discounts, but I can't for the life of me work out how to set up these discounts - I have been through a manual for version 10 which is no help as it is really out of date.

Does anybody know how to set up each customer account with a different discount?? on sage v16 instants.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Rachel

Hi, You should be able to set up customer discounts for each product. Enter the product and click on pricing Structure.
Add - special customer price. There are various discount calculations or a fixed price discount.
