Hi All,

Just a quick query -

If a director transfers money from the business into a personal bank account or vice versa and the personal account is in joint names with their spouse who used to be a director is there any reason why the transaction should not be posted to the DLA  - as far as I can see there shouldn't be but would just like to check.  Also if  a personal credit card in joint names is paid off by the business or is used to pay for business expenses would there be any reason why this should not be posted to the DLA?

Many thanks for your help.

Richard
