Am I going mad?

I've just had a claim for Overpayment Relief for the year 06/07 rejected because it's out of time. Surely 4 years from Apr 07 is Apr 11?

Given that the claim went in end of last year that must be in time...?

Happy Reading

http://search.hmrc.gov.uk/kb5/hmrc/hmrc/results.page?qt=overpayment+relief

or is that link dont work

http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/manuals/sacmanual/SACM12005.htm

From what I can make of it, it should still be within the period of claim as they still mention diff rules for the 04/05 05/06 years.

That's exactly the page I had read before. Glad that someone else agrees with me! Just got to get HMRC to read it now!
