Hi Tracy,

Are you happy for someone to work remotely rather than on-site (I'm guessing not but no-one has asked so I will)? If so I would be interested in helping

Hi Tracy,

Have you tried looking on the ICB site under Find A Bookkeeper? http://www.bookkeepers.org.uk/Find%20a%20Bookkeeper

You need to enter your postcode and it will list ICB Members in Practice in that area with their contact details and what services they are qualified to offer.

No problem Tracy. Hope you find someone. Always best to have someone local I think. (Although going to get a lot of arguments against that statement now probably!)

If you don't have any luck with the ICB website, try the IAB one - www.iab.org.uk

Just click on FIND A BOOKKEEPER and it will take you to a list of Members in Practice to choose from.

Hi Tracy, I am based in Huntingdon/St Neots area of Cambridgeshire.  I'm ICB manual qualified to Level 2 and am halfway through ICB computerised bookkeeping at level 2.  I can complete accounts to trial balance for soletraders including VAT, T,P&L and B/sheet.

If I can help at all I would be very interested so please get in touch.

Hi Tracy

I would like to introduce my business, Edgewater Accounts. I have experience of working in a Chartered Accountants for ten years; preparing monthly management accounts, financial year end accounts, tax returns, VAT returns, PAYE and so on. I now have my own book keeping business. I have an ACCA accounting technician qualification and am also SAGE qualified. Unfortunately I am across the water in Northern Ireland. The majority of my clients are obviously over here but I do have one client in London who posts over the invoices and I enter them on sage and provide her with a copy of the updated sage. The average hourly rate for SAGE book keeping is £15 per hour. Please contact me if you think I can be of any help.

Thanks

Regards

Stacey.

Hi Tracy;

I dont know if i can help but I'm in Norwich and a part-time self employed bookkeeper, only just started with the self employed thing, but i can work all the way up to TB. IFRS educated, IAB qualified up to member status, and applied for certificate to practice this week, which i should get back shortly. Very fluent in Excel, self teaching sage at the moment. Going to to do AAT later this year at level 3. If you need/want CV too, then please just drop me a message.

Many Thanks

Gary Martin

How many hours per week are you looking for? Do you need somebody with practical experience?

Is the position based at office in Cambridge or could it be done from home?

Hi alice,

Given that this is from 2011 I'm not sure it'll still be available.
