Hi Jill,

Do you not have a standard Terms of Business or agreement that you use for all clients?

No I don't, up until now I have been doing mainly employed work.  Could anyone email me a template please.

If you are a member of the ICB they have template terms of engagement which you could basis this on.

Thanks

The IAB have just republished an updated members handbook - which includes everything a member may need. It can be found on the members only section of their website.

I've never had a copy of the members handbook, do you know if they are available in hardcopy.

Jill you could ring the IAB and ask, but there is no reason why you don't just open the document from the web site and print it yourself. It would be quicker than waiting for someone else to do it for you!

I've never had one either - I shall go and have a look!
