Payroll Software
Permalink Closed

Hi

I used to use sage payroll software but when I had further clients sign up for payroll, I found that it became very expensive for multi companies.  I am now using the HRMC Employer CD Rom which although basic, gets the job done and I have set up my own template for payslips.  Problem is, I now have a client with 20 employees, the CD Rom will only handle up to 9.  Can anyone recommend a realistically priced piece of payroll software?

Hi Siany

My preference is 12Pay

http://www.12pay.co.uk/Features.aspx

There is a free version, which can be upgraded for £54.90 +VAT

The free version (and upgrade) allows for three companies with 30 employees, in payroll year. Very easy to use, with online filing capability.

The trial version only lets you print payslips for 6 payroll runs but still remains functional

There is also a bureau version, with some extra features.

HTH

Bill

PS no connection to 12Pay

I use moneysoft payroll manager, which includes CIS free of charge.

Not much between them, except I think moneysoft is slightly cheaper if you use the payroll bureau version and need CIS - however the 12pay is cheaper for up to 3 employers.

Another vote for Moneysoft. Very good value for money, and easy to use.

If you are looking for a VFM option, then for me, it has to be Moneysoft Payroll Manager.
