May I suggest to use the free web-service www.bolt-ontechnologies.com !

Here is the trick, though it is designed to be used as an add-on to an existing accounting package, you may check the 'Keep Server Record' option for using it as a book-keeping service. This way, all your transactions will be recorded and you can get a quarterly/annual summary for your accountant in a form suitable for uploading into his/her accounting package.

I hope you like the service!
