qualification does matter??

i wanna know that does qualification matters in book keeping while if u have a person with large experience in the field but in not so much qualified so what would be your decison to choose him??

but you've got to admit, this post does actually sound more genuine than the previous one's and at least there's no dodgy link attached to this one.

Wonder where in the world Herry really is as it's obvious that English is not the first language.

Herry, if you have suddenly repented your ways and this is a genuine post we're still waiting for an introduction as at the moment nobody knows at what level to pitch replies.

Hope they have better luck than me! I've tried uploading an avator . . . . . left the 'puter running for an hour! still would not upload! I'm sulking a bit now hmm

Might be that the Avatar was too big Fran.

If it doesn't upload in a few seconds then there's something amiss with the file. (wrong type, too big, etc.)

 I don't think size matters (oo err missus)  as the website will reduce it in size anyway to a smaller avatar size. As long as it's a jpg file of a gif file I'd guess.
