HELP on a paper version of a SA 2009/10

I am trying to put some figures on to a paper version of a clients SA from last year 2009/10.

Can someone give me a little assisitance rather urgently

I have entered the box were the figures have gone in her file

 

If you could download the forms SA 200, SA 102, SA 105, SA 103

Haven't looked fully at your spreadsheet but it might be an idea to delete the spreadsheet and reload one without details.
