I am studying SAGE Accounts and have been testing my knowledge on the test questions on the SAGE website. There aren't many questions.

Does anyone know where you get further test /past papers or is there a book which has test questions and answers?

Hi Janem,

The ICB has computerised bookkeeping practice papers, but they are not specific to Sage.

Who are you studying with? Perhaps contact them they might have some more examples?

Hi Janem,

AAT Foundation book bookkeeping with Sage and spreadsheets with Excel published by BPP.

not a bad book at all but very much aimed at entry level studies. (the questions that come with the Sage course in a box are more challenging but the courses come in at over £100 so not really a viable option).

Comes with a CD of practice files and you get to play with Excel as well as Sage. My version was 2006. Latest version is 2008. Try this ISBN on Amazon to find it. 0751746479.

Not saying that it's what you want as unsure the level of questions that you are looking for but it's certainly worth checking out.

kind regards,

Shaun

I was doing OCR but now doing level one IAB. I do an evening course at my local adult education centre. We're working on about 3 past papers. The VAT rates have since changed of course but they're good practice. I didn't know they have a test area.

sorry, should read now doing Level 2 IAB, enjoying it more than Level 2 as it is actual accounting and not just routine posting
