Hi everyone , I am new in the bookkeeping World so please if you can help me understand some things.
I studied IAB bookkeeping level 1&2 , now intending to go ahead with level 3 but as I didnt find the course at my local college I enquired about AAT Level 3. They told me that first I must do AAT L2. I told them that I already studied most subjets already with IAB L1&2. I know I am supposed to continue with IAB once I started but I am not so sure anymore , quite worried cause found out that employers preffer AAT qualifications . Also they told me from the college that AAT its different because its a PROFESIONAL QUALIFICATION , I dont understand ,what about IAB ?
Did anyone had difficulties finding jobs with IAB qualifications ?
I wish I knew before about AAT , now I dont know what to do , I am thinking that maybie I should switch to AAT qualifications tho that will mean spending more money and time on something that I studied already(or most of it ).
