Detailed trial balance on Sage Instant Accounts Version 10

Does anyone know if it's possible to run a detailed trial balance on Sage Instant Accounts V.10, under financials and trial there is no detailed option like there is under the audit trail option...

When you say "detailed" trial balance, what do you mean exactly?

Hi Pauline,

Well, I had been asked for a 'detailed trial balance report' but couldn't find anything that looked detailed enough, so ran a detailed audit trail... apparently it is possible to run a detailed trial balance report from the financial's tab - showing every transaction/entry that has passed through the nominal ledger for the financial year account by account....

Hi Alto,

I don't think it is possible to run a detailed Trial Balance. The TB is just a list of balances on your accounts at a given period of time. A nominal activity report would give you details of transactions for each code in your nominal ledger. Nominal - Reports - Nominal Activity and then put in the criteria you require.
