A builder pays to dispose of a customers waste, this amount is then charged back to the customer in his invoice. Would the waste bill be coded to the 7800's?
If this is the skip that was used to hold the waste that the disposal of was charged by your client then I would post this to the 5000's again as a cost of sale, as I see it a cost incurred in carry out this whole job.
Personally I treat site clearance / waste removal as a Direct Expense, rather than a Cost of Sale, in the 6000 range. Basically because it's not intrinsically part of what's being sold. But I can see why others treat this as a Cos.
