...do not count as taxable income - but does a note of it have to go on the tax return anywhere (addtnl info or the like), or do you just ignore it totally?

These pensions are specifically listed as non-taxable by the CAB, above and I would only consider entering them in the 'white space' if I thought the level of income might otherwise appear suspicious to HMRC -- sounds unlikely.
