I'm quite relaxed tonight. I've had what feels like my first 'test' since going it alone. The accountant preparing the year end accounts for my first and only client has only come back with only 3 queries from the info I sent him, and given the state the books were in when I took over, I am so very pleasently surprised.
Well done - I have to say it's a great feeling when you have spent alot of time getting a clients books in order and even more satifying that the accountant agrees!
Well done Marie. It can feel lonesome sometimes so to get good feedback as you have is good news. I felt like I was pestering my first client all the time as I am the type who likes things sorted. I was surprised when he told me he appreciates it as without nagging he wouldn't do anything on time. It let's you know that the effort is worthwhile, as you have found out.
