Hi,

I want to send a marketing letter to a certain group of potential clients, is there any problems in doing this?

all depends on your supervisory bodies rules as to what you are allowed to do.

There is a great deal of professional ettiquette to the construction of such letters which involves not being disparaging of other practices, not making unfounded claims related to the superiority of ones own services and generally being honest and professional in such correspondence.

Worth noting is that if you're looking to win clients based on a low price strategy assuming such to be a loss leader be aware that any client willing to jump ship now based on price will do the same to you twelve months down the line if you put your prices up.

HTH,

Shaun.
