well, you're in the right place for good salaries.
I think that last time we spoke you were still studying towards ACCA? So really even though you have experience you are still quite newly qualified. As such it may take a while for salary to catch up with your expectations but it will get there espechially a few years down the road when you get bumped up to FCCA.
In the current climate if your on more than £25k I would keep your head down and just try and build the experience requirement towards a practice certificate. If you're on less than £25k as an experienced ACCA in London then I can see why you want to find something better.
Hays do a salary survey which gets published in PQ magazine. Unfortunately I can't find either a link or my copy of this years survey at the mo.
Have a search around and see if you can find a link somewhere to the 2011 survey and that should set you on the right tracks for an NQ ACCA.
kind regards,
Shaun.

Even for London that's not the sort of money that I was thinking that you would be looking at at all but what do I know.
Good luck with that one Waseem.

Looking at page 13 which covers ACCA's the 2011 salary guide suggests that a reasonable salary expectation for an ACCA with 3-4 years experience in central London would be in the salary range of £34-£38k which on average is £8k up on a PQ with similar experience.

I have just seen an add in our local newspaper: " Experienced Accountant £8.00 per hour or fixed fee.VAT,Self assessment and all general accountancy needs"
I know is not London but still...
If you are on over £25k per year I would keep my head down like Shamus says...
