Not quite sure what you are asking, but if you want to change the layout of a Sage invoice you need to edit it in Report Designer.
Open a new invoice
Click on Print
Choose the layout you want to amend from the list
Click on Edit which opens the invoice in Report Designer
Make your changes
Save with a different name

Hi Semsley,

Many thanks for your reply. I found the report designer. looks very confusing but I'm sure I'll figure it out soon.

Hi, depending on the version of sage it can be pretty straight forward to adjust the templates, insert logo etc however it can also prove time consuming. I do have a range or sage templates ready to view, created for inputting into sage. These are £40 + VAT each, and small adjustments to colour, font, logo etc. are inclusive.
