Call Answering

Does anyone use a call answering service?  I did, but the service got quite poor and I started just diverting my office phone to my mobile when out.  This is obviously not ideal when I'm shooping or driving for instance.

I got a call this morning from a company called 'calls matter' offering a pay as you go 24 hr service for 88p per call.

Has anyone used them?

Kris

Hi Kris,

Robh is geared up to that service.

Have a gander at his website from here :

http://www.accounts-solutions.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=6&Itemid=7

and look under other services.

Maybe I was just unlucky Mark. Who Knows?

Shaun - Much as I respect Rob and think he would do an excellent job, I just don't feel I can send my call answering to another bookkeeper or accountant. Maybe I'm just paranoid, but I feel safer if the 2 were separate. I have taken this 'calls matter' lot up on their free trial and I'll see how it goes.

Kris
