Hi all,

I was just wondering whether you have a common trade amongst your client's.
At the moment my most popular client is the window cleaner! Coming a close 2nd is the Hairdresser.

Have you noticed any trends in your customers?

Right now mine is tradesmen, although I'm trying to make a dent on the local driving instructors as there seems to be hundreds of them.

Unfortunately they're not big earners, I don't think I could discount much!

I did target driving instructors and taxi drivers, but not had much success. They say that they do their own bookkeeping... but working with an accountancy practice I know that most still need help! Just difficult to convince them.

I'm thinking of getting 100 car air fresheners printed up with my details and sending one to each driving instructor. I already have a price structure I know to be very competitive for driving instructors of less than the cost of 1 lesson per month. I'd like to do taxi drivers, but other than a box to the local taxi companies I don't know how to get their details. Kris

Great idea. I was up against drivers staying in their community for acc/tax services, so not much luck.

I found them for £1 each which isn't cheap, but if 1 client comes from 100 then they've paid for themselves.
