any ideas what to do if unable to find the password for quickbooks?

Hi Donna,

Is it a multi user setup for QB or just the one user? If just the one user, are they set up as administrator?

unfortunately I have no idea - presume 1 user however there is definitely a password.

Hi Donna,

You could try Admin with no password. If this doesn't work and you still can't get in, you may need to contact QB to reset the password (there is a fee), or you could try the password reset tool at this link:-

Better make sure you read it thoroughly first
